Once your order is complete, we will contact you by email to arrange an individual pickup time. Collection can be made by the customer or an authorized representative.
Local Delivery
For furniture and larger pieces, we offer delivery within Switzerland. The delivery cost depends on the delivery area and will be shown at checkout after entering your address.

Furniture delivery is arranged by appointment. Please contact info@kioskio.ch to arrange the delivery.
Standard delivery is to the building entrance. Delivery into the apartment may be possible by arrangement. Additional costs may apply for difficult access, missing lift, heavy items or special handling.
Delivery on Request
Shipping through the online shop is currently not available.
For larger furniture pieces, we offer personal delivery within Switzerland upon request.
This service is arranged individually and subject to an additional fee.

Insurance and Liability
Insurance of the goods during transport is the responsibility of the buyer.
Kioskio assumes no liability for transport damages that occur during third-party collection or delivery.
