Refund policy

 

Right of Withdrawal / Returns & Exchanges

As Kioskio GmbH primarily deals in used goods, one-of-a-kind pieces, and vintage objects, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return.

All items are sold on the principle of “as seen and purchased.”
Signs of use, age-related marks, or minor imperfections are part of the character and authenticity of the objects and do not constitute grounds for complaint.

Returns or exchanges after purchase are therefore generally excluded.
In exceptional cases and as a gesture of goodwill, a return may be accepted under the following conditions:

• A voucher will be issued for the amount paid (no cash refunds).
• Any transport costs, value-reducing defects, or signs of use occurring after purchase will be deducted from the amount.
• A handling fee of CHF 100.– will be charged for each accepted return.
• Damages to light sources or resulting from improper use are excluded.

Please inspect the goods carefully upon collection or delivery.
Visible defects are considered accepted at the time of pickup or delivery.
Later discovered or hidden defects do not entitle the buyer to free repair or return.

This policy is based on the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Kioskio GmbH, version June 2026.
Exclusively Swiss law applies.
